NOW HIRING — WEEKEND SERVICE SUPPORT TEAM
Ian Munsick Cowboy Bar & Western Grill is a brand new restaurant coming to historic Deadwood, South Dakota, located right beside The Landmark Hotel. We're building our founding team and looking for fast, energetic Service Support staff to run food, expo, and bus tables while keeping the floor moving and our guests happy.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. The team we hire now will help set the standard, learn our systems, and grow with the restaurant.
SCHEDULE & WHAT TO EXPECT
- Primarily Friday through Sunday focused at this time.
- Opportunity to earn extra hours by cross-training as a server or in other positions.
- Hiring for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
- Open availability and extra flexibility will improve your hiring odds and starting pay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to the right tables.
- Expo and organize outgoing orders to keep the kitchen and floor in sync.
- Bus, clear, and reset tables fast to keep seating flowing.
- Stay on top of your responsibilities while keeping the energy up and having a good time.
- Move quickly and often, always on your feet, throughout the shift.
- Support servers and the wider team wherever needed to keep service smooth.
- Cross-train into server and other roles for additional hours (optional and encouraged).

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior restaurant or service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for long periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry trays and bus tubs (up to 50 lbs).
- Open availability and flexibility strongly preferred, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
