What You'll Do
Product search – using search engines, social media, or other digital platforms, research products and companies that could use Royal Case Company as supplier.
Company and contacts search – find decision makers within target companies and their contact information for the sales team to use for out-reach efforts.
Internal communication – work with the sales team by providing all necessary information, adjusting to feedback, and setting follow-up schedules for sales contact.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of CRM and customer database management tools a plus.
Skilled online researcher who can think out of the box to find information.
Team player with strong communication skills across varying backgrounds
Can handle rejection or feedback with confidence and positivity.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals.
Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Physically navigate stairs and manufacturing environments during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation.
