Position Summary
The Experienced Semiconductor Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, developing new business, and expanding existing customer accounts. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, managing RFQs, and selling hard-to-find, obsolete, end-of-life (EOL), and allocated electronic components. The representative will build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, supply chain professionals, and key decision-makers to generate repeat business and close sales opportunities. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, consistent outbound sales activity, and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications Required
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in:
- Semiconductor industry
- Electronic components
- Aerospace
- Manufacturing
- Distribution
- Supply chain or procurement sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customer accounts.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
- Manage RFQs and customer inquiries.
- Sell hard-to-find, obsolete, and allocated electronic components.
- Build relationships with purchasing managers and supply chain professionals.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
Compensation
First 90 Days
- Hourly pay based on experience.
- Commission opportunities available.
After 90 Days
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
- Uncapped Commission
- Performance Bonuses
Earning Potential
- $75,000 - $150,000+ annually
- Top performers may exceed $200,000 annually.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time
- Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)
Work Environment
This is an in-person position. Candidates must be available to work from our office location
