As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our network and generate new business opportunities.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, and other referral partners. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, building brand awareness, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking skills, a competitive mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the reconstruction industry.
· Build and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- Insurance agents and adjusters
- Commercial property owners
- HOAs
- Facility managers
· Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events.
· Generate qualified leads and secure new referral partnerships.
· Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
· Track sales activities and customer interactions within CRM software.
· Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
· 2+ years of business development, sales, account management, or relationship-building experience.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to generate leads and close opportunities.
· Valid driver's license.
· Clean driving record.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred:
· Experience in restoration, reconstruction, roofing, construction, insurance, or property management industries.
· Existing network within the Denver Metro market.
· Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
