- Status: Full time or Part-time
- 12-hours Shifts: 7A-7P | 7P-7A
- Must have weekend availability (Every weekend or every other weekend)

Qualifications of a LPN:
- Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia)
- CPR/BLS certification
Requirements to Apply:
- 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- BLS/ CPR
- PPD/QuantiFERON
