We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Famous Team. Our clients trust us to not only meet, but consistently anticipate and go beyond their expectations to ensure each event is Famous. The Catering Coordinator would act as liaison between the guests, catering staff and store managers.
Position Qualifications...
-1 year restaurant experience.
-2 years customer service experience.
-Must work well with groups in high stress situations.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluent in both English and Spanish.
-Experience with computer programs such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Word & Excel.
-Takes initiative and is able to manage several tasks at once.
-Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and some holidays.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Commitment to building strong guest relationships.
-Commitment to go above and beyond to provide Famous Service.
