The Media Specialist is an integral part of the media buyingteam through implementing and managing various paid digital media campaigns acrossclients of differing industries. The Media Specialist will work closely with theMedia Team Lead to monitor campaigns and provide recommendations to theCustomer Success team. In addition, the Media Specialist will gain knowledge ofour product offerings and how they function alongside media campaigns.
- Support the Media Team Lead with implementation and monitoring of campaigns across Google, Programmatic and Social Media
- Provide recommendations and guidance to the client facing team as to how campaigns are performing and what can help increase performance
- Day-to-day knowledge of campaign status
- Ongoing research on best practices for each platform; keep up with advertising changes/rules/regulations
- Be comfortable reporting findings to internal teams, potentially client-facing
- Assist Customer Success team with monthly, quarterly and year-end client presentations
- Become an expert in AppVault’s technology offerings
- Occasional travel involved

- Minimum of 1-2+ years of Media Buying or Campaign Management experience
- BA/BS Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Google Adwords, Programmatic media and paid Social Media preferred, certifications a plus
- Diligent prioritization skills, strong multi-tasker & ability to adapt to constantly changing and unexpected deadlines
- Experience working with a team
- Obtain a solid understanding of our product offerings and how they benefit our clients’ recruitment strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
