Title: LPN Clinic
Location: Kailua, Kona, HI 96740

Pay: $1800 - $2103 per week

Requirements:
- 2 year of recent LPN Clinic experience
- Must have Current Primary Care-Regular Clinic experience
- Must have BLS (AHA) & HI state license
- EPIC experience required.
