Prep Cooks:

Prepare and cook menu items to order with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists

Portion and label food items for service and storage

Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and adhere to food safety standards

Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed
