Duties
- Operate rollback trucks and tow trucks to recover, transport, and position vehicles accurately
- Secure cargo properly following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit
- Load and unload vehicles safely using flatbed trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment as needed
- Follow commercial driving regulations and maintain compliance with safety standards during all operations
- Manage conflict situations professionally when coordinating with customers or team members
Experience
- Familiarity with cargo securement protocols and safety procedures for loading/unloading vehicles
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally in high-pressure environments
