POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages based on customer request in a timely manner, following health, safety, and sanitation standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner while providing an exceptional experience.
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
- Use POS system to enter orders, take payments and manage inventory.
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Determine supplies needed and coordinate production with serving hours.
- Monitor all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld.
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
- Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Attend all in-services as required.
- Responsible for following all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
- Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Minimum of one year experience bartending
- Able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- ABC or TIPS alcohol certification
