Separating live crabs by sizes. Putting away and moving 50lb bushel baskets as crabbers bring in crabs. Pulling live crabs and steaming them each time an order is placed. Steaming seafood when ordered. Keeping the kitchen clean throughout the day and cleaning entire kitchen and all dishes at the end of the day. Taking dead crabs and trash to the dumpster each day/multiple times a day. Making sure all orders are started in a timely manner and come out in the amount of time quoted to each customer. Taking orders & payments at the register. Answering phones.
