In this role, you’ll help customers find the perfect eyewear and vision solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend appropriate eyewear and contact lens options
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Provide a friendly, memorable shopping experience that builds customer loyalty
- Accurately enter and process orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support team sales goals and contribute to driving store revenue
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
