Are you a compassionate RN looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact? Our growing hospice team in Denver is looking for a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse to provide support across our clinical team wherever help is needed most.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospice nurse who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care.
As a PRN Hospice RN, you may support:
- Admissions – welcoming new patients and helping families begin their hospice journey
- Triage – providing skilled nursing guidance and symptom management support
- Case Management – assisting with patient care coordination and visits
- On-call support and other clinical needs as they arise
What we’re looking for:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Hospice, palliative care, home health, or related experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a flexible PRN role

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
