**Overview:**
We are looking for a energetic, motivated team member to be the voice our clients hear when they call in for service. MUST HAVE OUTGOING, HAPPY PERSONALITY AND LOVE TALKING WITH PEOPLE! You would answer inbound and make outbound calls as well as helping with other daily task in the office. This position is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F and rotate weekend on call. Hourly plus bonus pay!!! Pay range $15-$25 depending on experience
**Responsibilities:**
- Take incoming customer calls.
- Enter client information as calls are received.
- Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance calls.
- Update customer files and information.
- Maintain the maintenance agreements visits including scheduling and staging of materials, database information, customer maintenance plans and renewals.
- Maintain on call schedule, to include 1 on call and standby technician
- Maintain customer history files in database
- Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts
- Facilitate return of warranty parts
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment.
