Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant specializing in Home Services. Texas Gutter Guys, LLC is hiring an experienced Sales Representative in the Greater Austin area. This is a production-based, commission-only sales position focused on gutter installation, gutter protection, gutter repair, and outdoor lighting solutions.
All appointments are company-generated and pre-scheduled.
This role is ideal for a high-performing, motivated sales professional who can educate homeowners and contractors, build trust, confidently close with integrity, and wants uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Travel to pre-scheduled sales appointments
- Conduct professional consultations
- Evaluate drainage needs and take precise measurements
- Present customized gutter installation and gutter protection solutions
- Create and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
- Follow a structured, performance-based sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and notes
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing company training
- Strong closing ability in a commission-based sales environment with a bonus structure
- Represent Texas Gutter Guys with professionalism and pride
This is a field sales position requiring daily travel within the Greater Austin and Central Texas markets.
Experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners and or contractors
- Experience in home improvement sales, construction sales, roofing sales, windows, solar, remodeling, or related industries preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 5 to 20 pounds of sample materials
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad and CRM systems
- Clear communication and presentation skills
Outside sales experience is required. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking a confident, motivated, results-driven sales professional with experience closing consultations and thriving in a commission-based environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
