Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Restorative Nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in a rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct restorative nursing assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and well-being
Administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Provide wound care and prevention services to patients with impaired skin integrity
Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, medication management, and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements:
Restorative Nurse LPN/RN with a current Alabama nursing license
2 years of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
