VRAFY LLC is a precision ag company that specializes in making agronomy data easy to use and completely transparent to the customer. We use a proven software system that is compatible with most all ag display types. We are seeking an individual to provide continued support for and communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers

Assist customers with migration of data

Establish software connections to streamline data flow

Provide training and support to customers to maximize their utilization of our software

Communicate well with customers and internal staff

Work with Precision Ag systems such as John Deer Ops Center, Climate Fieldview, and more
Qualifications:

College degree desired, preferably in relevant fields such as Agronomy, Precision Ag, Ag Science or Ag Business

Knowledge or background in farming practices or agronomy is preferred

Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to situations

Entry level position- No prior work experience is required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
