Petroleum Tanker Driver
Overview
Vista Energy Transport is seeking a safe, dependable, and experienced Petroleum Tanker Driver to transport fuel products to customer locations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. Candidates must have prior fuel hauling experience and a strong commitment to DOT and company safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tanker truck to transport gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products.
- Load and unload fuel in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, fuel delivery records, and compliance documentation.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Hazmat, and company regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and terminal personnel.
- Ensure timely and professional fuel deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required.
- Minimum 2 years of petroleum/fuel tanker driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fuel loading, unloading, and safe handling procedures.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT physical and drug testing requirements.
- Excellent safety awareness, reliability, and customer service skills.
