Villa Sport Fitness is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Ambassador II to join our team at our Parkcenter club!
Our Ambassadors are a key part of the member experience and our sales team. You'll be the person who creates an incredible first impression, connects with prospective members, gives tours, follows up with leads, and helps people find the membership and fitness options that are right for them.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with an enthusiastic, professional attitude
- Create an exceptional first impression for prospective members
- Give engaging tours of the club and showcase our amenities and services
- Build relationships with prospective members and identify their fitness goals
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and emails
- Sell memberships and help prospective members choose the option that best fits their needs
- Work toward and achieve monthly membership sales goals
- Help new members get started successfully with their Your Fit Plan
- Assist members with questions and provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to introduce members to Personal Training and other services
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming club environment
- Work as part of a team to achieve club sales and member experience goals

- Motivated by goals and competition
- Confident asking for the sale
- Energetic and passionate about fitness and wellness
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
- A strong communicator
- Reliable, professional, and positive
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, customer service, or membership sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
