Animal Health Care Center is looking for a positive, upbeat individual who is able to multi-task and loves interacting with people to join our rockstar team as a Receptionist! Please apply if you have a strong customer service background, veterinary knowledge is a plus, but not required!
Shift hours are Mon-Fri 12:00-6:30p or 6:30am-2:30pm

As a Receptionist you will need to be able to:
- Review vaccination records and enter in to medical history
- Answer Multiple Phone lines (We are a busy practice with 3 doctors)
- Check texts from clients
- Check emails and sort tasks for other team members appropriately
- Handle Money accurately
- Collect medical history from owners
- Communicate with owners in a friendly manner and educate them properly
- Our practice is open Monday-Friday from 7am to 6pm. We are not open on weekends.
- Pay is based on experience/skill level.
