We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. As a Registered Nurse in the Dialysis unit, you will provide specialized care to patients with kidney disease. Your primary responsibility will be to administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients' progress. ```Responsibilities:```
- Administer dialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease
- Monitor patients' vital signs during dialysis sessions
- Assess patients' condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and timely
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
```Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or Dialysis setting
- Proficient knowledge of ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems
- Strong understanding of physiology and its application to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with specimen collection processing is preferred
