LHH is helping premier full-service law firm
seek an experienced Probate Legal Secretary to support its Probate Litigation team in The Woodlands. This is a 100% in-office position supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have recent probate legal secretary experience, strong Texas probate filing knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits Highlights
- Salary ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, proofread, and file court documents
- E-file documents in Texas state and federal courts
- Manage complex attorney calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and attorney schedules
- Open new matters and run conflict checks
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Enter attorney time and assist with billing support
- Transcribe dictation
- Handle client communications professionally
- Support multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Maintain accuracy under competing priorities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of legal secretary experience
- Recent probate legal secretary experience required
- Strong understanding of Texas probate filing procedures
- Experience supporting probate and estate planning practices
- Knowledge of state and federal court filing rules
- Experience with document management systems
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and writing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple attorneys and priorities
