Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bedford, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community-based services
- Mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization serving the community for more than 40 years
- Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in stable outpatient environment
- Collaborative clinical setting with provider autonomy
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000
- Student Loan Repayment: $50,000 – $110,000
- Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility
SCHEDULE
- Monday – Friday schedule
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM standard schedule
- One weekly 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift
- No weekend clinic requirement
ROLE
- Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care
- Manage preventive medicine and chronic conditions
- Treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Address behavioral health awareness and community healthcare needs
- Work collaboratively within mission-focused outpatient clinical team

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED or willing to obtain
- Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
