Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, senior care facilities, and memory care units. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while adhering to established protocols and standards.
Duties
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Assist in emergency medicine situations, providing immediate care as needed.
- Perform routine assessments and document patient progress using electronic health records systems such as Epic.
- Provide care for patients requiring specialized services, including tube feeding and neonatal ventilator support.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support patients in memory care settings by providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities.
- Conduct medical imaging procedures as required and assist in preparing patients for examinations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in emergency medicine or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of dermal fillers and medical imaging techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate neonatal ventilators effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to all healthcare regulations.
