You Are:
- Dependable, trustworthy and ambitious individual with excellent customer facing skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus, accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a history of performing assigned work in a timely manner and meeting deadlines and expectations
- Have previous experience in construction and/or insurance restoration industry (preferred, but not required)
- Prepared to participate in on-call rotation for emergency services outside of regular working hours
- Water / mold mitigation experience is a plus
- Able to perform in a work environment that suffered water, fire and smoke damage, and other extreme conditions
- Capable of lifting/carrying heavy objects (up to 50lbs) unassisted
- Able to stand and walk for a long time
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and document scope of work, measure and sketch out all impacted areas, take scope notes for estimators
- Perform fire/smoke damage remediation
- Maintain and clean professional equipment as needed
- Package and move household items onsite or to be taken to storage facility
- Maintain clean and safe work environment on every project
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
