Parker Pediatrics is a high volume pediatric and adolescent medical practice. We are seeking an energetic individual with great multitasking skills and desire to work with an awesome team.
Experience is desired but not required. EPIC EMR system experience highly desired.
Highschool diploma (GED) required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and families at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling appointments, data entry and management, insurance entry verification and light payment collection.
- Utilize EMR system for accurate data entry and patient information management. EPIC and or medical EMR experience is desired.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
- Support medical collection processes and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
