<Duties>
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation meet brand standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
- Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic cooking tasks such as frying, grilling, or assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by cleaning tables, bussing dishes, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for guest transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
- Support catering or banquet breakfast setups by organizing food stations and assisting with meal delivery when needed
- Provide friendly guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience
<Requirements>
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in meal prep and cleanup
- Experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess, catering assistant, or banquet server is beneficial
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food allergy awareness to serve guests safely and effectively
