Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nightly audits of hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient guest services.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver personalized assistance to enhance guest relations.
- Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review.
- Assist with late-night check-ins and check-outs while maintaining excellent phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems.
- Support hotel management by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in guest services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk functions, and hotel management software.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel security protocols, guest relations strategies, and resort operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail under minimal supervision.
