Job Description:
- The Resident Concierge will support the Community Manager with such responsibilities as managing, maximizing, and ensuring the performance efficiency of the property unit. The Resident Concierge will assist with day-to-day functioning and operations which include residential relations, maintenance and repair, ground upkeep, etc. The Resident Concierge is also responsible for the maintaining the performance efficiency of the property through optimizing occupancy and providing superior service to residents and guests. The position also assesses the various needs of the residents and guests to maximize the property’s performance through relevant contributions such as managing financial reports for the property, handling pertinent legal matters and assisting with recruiting and interviewing process for new hires. The Resident Concierge assumes the complete role of Community Manager in the absence of the existing Community Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests in a professional and respective manner.
- Assist in taking initiative in recruiting and interviewing staff members such as Resident Concierge, maintenance and etc. Ensure company has a supply of candidates.
- Must be good example to tenants. Always give customer service to tenants, vendors and colleagues.
- Assist and facilitate and improve resident relations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all aspects of management.
- Assist in the preparation of periodical reports and budgets.
- Create and promote cost saving avenues in order for the Company to stick with its budgets.
- Responsible for marketing and advertising.
- Promote and preserve Fair housing laws and confidentiality laws.
- Manage apartment property processes.
- Consolidate monthly reviews of property performance.
- Maintaining and optimizing property by successfully managing legal decisions, asset management issues and effective communication to supervisors and tenants.
- Assists in the management of company funds through adequate and meticulous research, using proper judgment and attendance of company-wide meetings.
- Researches and contributes to relevant means of improving company performance and efficiency.
- Supports the Financial department in legal and compliance requirements.
- Works with the financial department to design and implement a financial strategy.
- Works with Construction team to cut expenses, monitor projects is done in timely manner and etc.
- Works with Accounting Department to properly process the disposition of the properties in the funds or separately managed accounts.
- Assists in performing basic banking activities such as reconciling funds.
- Assists in performing in daily asset management functions.
- Manages the field of asset and liabilities management and eventually apply the knowledge gained to the betterment of the firm’s real estate performance efficiency.
- Assists in forecasting financial performance through proper management of funds.
- Works directly and in conjunction under the supervision of several managers including the firm’s partners and real estate analysts.
- Assists in the Networking, contact database administration and follow-up with lead generation and conversion.
- Assists in the Marketing of the company for business development.
- Assists in developing financial models in order to evaluate financing, acquisition opportunities, and value-add projects.
- Assists in preparing reports and analysis for tracking asset level performance and performance benchmarks.
- Assists in coordination of due diligence information and materials for various real estate transactions.
- Assists with transitional items when there are new employees brought on, deal with any aspect of property management and etc.
- Comply with the Company Operations Manual for Resident Concierge. This manual is constantly updated and it is the responsibility of employee to read, understand and follow the Operations Manual for Resident Concierge.
- Responsible for successfully completing Grace Hill Classes (Fair Housing I, Fair Housing II and Sexual Harassment are mandatory). Responsible for striving to complete additional Grace Hill Classes in general.
- The Company will have the right to revise and update the responsibilities at any time.

Education:
- BA/BS Degree with a Minimum GPA 3.0 or similar work experience preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 years work experience of Resident Concierge Position.
