Customer Service Representative / Bank Teller
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected local employer in Hot Springs and is currently seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join their team!

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule may vary by position)
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service while assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
- Assist customers with questions, account information, and service needs
- Process payments, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, or other account-related requests accurately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion
- Balance accuracy with efficiency while following company policies and procedures
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Utilize computers, office equipment, and various software systems to complete daily tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and office operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, retail, administrative support, or cash handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable using computers, scanners, copiers, and other office equipment
- Must be able to pass:
- Drug Screen
- Criminal Background Check
- Credit Check (if required by position)
