Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Convenience Store Manager to lead daily operations of a busy convenience store that includes a gas station, food service operation, and car wash.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in both retail and food service management, and the ability to oversee multiple revenue streams while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of convenience store, fuel station, food service, and car wash
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage store employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor management
- Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and shrink control
- Maintain equipment and operational standards for fuel pumps and car wash
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Drive sales performance and control operational costs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a convenience store with food service
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Experience managing staff and scheduling
- Understanding of inventory control and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, honest, organized, and results-driven
