Shift Leads and Shift Managers are a vital part of our restaurant teams here at Taco Bell. Shift Management takes ownership of their store to ensure that the whole restaurant team is working together to deliver a great experience for our customers. As Shift Management, your duties will include planning and executing great team performance during the shift, training team members, monitoring food safety, restaurant security, and profitability. Shift Leads and Shift Managers are responsible for helping the restaurant meet certain operational targets during their shift and helping their Restaurant Manager in setting and achieving all the restaurant goals.
Duties may require bending, lifting, standing and repetitive routine tasks. Shift Leads/Shift Managers are required to work multiple shifts that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
