FX Marine Center – Ocala, FL
FX Marine Center is a dynamic, growing marine sales and service center in Ocala, Florida, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated Marine / Boat Sales Professional to join our team.
We are looking for a strong closer who knows how to take a customer from the initial conversation through financing and final delivery. This position requires someone who is comfortable building relationships, following up with leads, negotiating deals, and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting boats and marine products that fit their needs
- Manage customers from initial inquiry through closing and delivery
- Follow up consistently with internet, phone, and walk-in leads
- Present pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional products
- Structure deals and work effectively through the financing process
- Negotiate confidently and close sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships before and after the sale
- Stay knowledgeable about available inventory and marine products
- Work closely with management, finance, and service to provide an excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales and closing ability is required
- Finance/F&I experience is a must
- Marine, boat, powersports, RV, or automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed
- Comfortable following up with leads and asking for the sale
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Must be willing and available to work weekends, when customer traffic and sales opportunities are at their highest
