The Fortis campus in Houston TX is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Radiologic Technologist to join our team as an Instructor.

Summary:
As a member of our Rad Tech faculty, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Radiologic Technology program, including ensuring compliance with company, state, and accreditation standards, developing, fostering, and maintaining partnerships within the campus departments. In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping the future success of our students pursuing a career in sterile processing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and enhancing the radiologic technology program curriculum in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for the program.
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements within the field of radiologic technology.
- Participate in faculty development activities, conferences, and professional organizations to enhance personal and program knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field is required, but a bachelor degree is highly preferred
- AART RT Certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Radiologic Technology.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Authorization to work in the US and able to provide verifiable credentials.
Pay range: $35-38/hr
Schedule: Part-time days; Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
