Melchor & Co. is growing and is currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to support our retail locations in the Keizer and Salem, Oregon area. If you're looking for an opportunity to launch a career in sales, customer service, or wireless technology, we'd love to meet you.
No previous sales experience is necessary. We offer paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless devices, service plans, and accessories that fit their lifestyle.
- Educate customers about available promotions, pricing, and product features.
- Provide assistance with account questions, wireless services, and device-related concerns.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting retail store.
- Participate in training sessions to expand product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve individual and store performance goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required

- Weekend availability may be required
