Job Description: Load Out Team Member
Reports To: Load Out Manager
AR Kitchen - Andro’s Rostilj is looking for hardworking and organized team members in Campbell, CA that are willing to learn, and work on a team of professionals. We're revolutionizing the way high-end food is prepared and delivered to corporate clients. We believe that good food should taste amazing and be convenient, diverse, and healthy. We are a talented group of chefs and servers, along with a few Business people, who are changing the way companies provide lunch for their employees.
Primary job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Fulfill requests of compostable items for each account daily and organize them according to vehicle assignments.
- Portion food and meal components for daily service by meeting quality guidelines
- Support and Communicate with the Executive Chef and Kitchen team by portioning and organizing products in accordance with Andros Rostilj.
- Aid in the organization of the following day’s food and service items for all accounts
- Aid in the organization and placement of vehicles for next-day services
- Aid in fueling vehicles as needed for next-day services
- Assist with washing and maintaining vehicles as needed
- Responsible for labeling, repackaging, and wrapping leftover food for donation.
- Maintenance of the donation station cleaning and organizing
- Ensure the brought back area is organized and clean daily
- Notify Managers if there is a concern with the Fleet.
- Must be able to constantly position self to maintain equipment and supplies
- Support the team with cleaning, organizing, and other maintenance items
- Adhere to Company standards and standard food safety practices
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and qualified under our company insurance policy
- Able to safely operate a large vehicle/cargo van/box trucks as needed
- Good spatial awareness.
- Ability to work well under intense time pressure.
- Ability to work between a hot and cold environment.
- Excellent emotional control in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs throughout the shift
- Current ServSafe Handler certificate.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Compensation and Perks:
- Pay Range: $22/hr
- Monday - Thurs/Fri, and as needed (Mon - Thurs: 2pm - 10:30pm shift, or Mon - Fri: 4pm - 12am shift)
- Standard client holidays off (based on client site)
