Overview
Currently need help in cater food preparation, such as assembling Sandwiches, Salads, and Appetizer Trays. Some Food handling experience is helpful, but not necessary.This job is a "on Call" basis, when there is work we will contact , and check availability. Duties
- Assist with food setup, presentation, and presentation to ensure an attractive display for guests
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during events, maintaining high standards of guest service
- Clear tables promptly and handle bussing duties to keep event spaces clean and organized
- Support food handling and preparation tasks under supervision, adhering to food safety protocols
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest relations and addressing any needs or questions
- Help with event breakdowns, including packing up equipment and cleaning work areas after events
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper serving techniques
- Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel service operations enhances your ability to excel in this role
