Job Overview:
In this role, you will engage in various tasks such as Material Receiving, Inspection, Part Picking, Packing, and Shipping to ensure our customers receive top-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming merchandise: Receive, unload, open, inspect, count, mark, unpack, segregate, and/or tag items.
- Ensure accuracy: Verify items against documentation, report discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages), and handle merchandise receipts.
- Manage inventory: Stock inventory according to specified locations, perform periodic checks and inventories, maintain clean and orderly stock areas.
- Operate material handling equipment for moving and managing merchandise.
- Perform under general supervision, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Utilize ERP/WMS scanning systems for record-keeping and ensure timely shipping of all units with proper documentation.
- Handle customs clearance support for import/export shipments.
- Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) items and external shipments.
- Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area.
General Experience & Skills:
- 6 months+ experience in warehousing or related activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification; 2+ years in logistics/distribution preferred.
- Forklift Certification (preferred) but not required.
- Proficient in material handling and familiar with pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Multitasking ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suites.
