Stringer Auto Repair is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Reynoldsburg location. This role is ideal for a professional advisor who takes pride in delivering the best customer experience possible while managing workflow, communicating repairs clearly, and selling ethically—without pressure or gimmicks.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer
- Write accurate repair orders and properly document customer concerns
- Present inspection findings and repair recommendations clearly, honestly, and confidently
- Help customers make informed decisions by explaining value—not just price
- Manage car count, workflow, and scheduling to meet promised timelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Follow up on declined services and future maintenance needs
- Maintain detailed, professional documentation in the shop management system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver a high-level customer experience
- Comfortable with digital inspections and shop management software
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
