The Live Stream Host is responsible for engaging audiences through interactive live shopping experiences focused on mechanical engineering device. This role combines sales, product expertise, entertainment, and brand storytelling to drive customer engagement, product awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, highly knowledgeable about technology products, and experienced in converting viewers into customers through live selling and product demonstrations.
We are seeking well-experienced hosts with a proven track record in live commerce, social selling, or product-focused livestreaming. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to large audiences, handling live questions, and driving measurable sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live shopping streams featuring mechanical engineering products.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, benefits, and real-world use cases in an engaging and informative manner.
- Build and maintain audience engagement through real-time interaction, Q&A sessions, product comparisons, and community management.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and production teams to develop livestream content strategies and sales campaigns.
- Monitor livestream performance metrics and adjust presentation techniques to improve conversion rates, viewer retention, and average order value.
- Stay current on technology trends, product launches, industry developments, and consumer preferences.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way for a broad audience.
- Create a high-energy and entertaining viewing experience that encourages repeat viewership and customer loyalty.
- Troubleshoot minor product and livestream issues while communicating effectively with production staff during broadcasts.
- Represent brand values professionally while maintaining authenticity and audience trust.
- Assist with content planning, product research, script development, and promotional campaigns to support business objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales, engagement, and conversion targets during live broadcasts.
- Gather customer feedback and audience insights to help improve future livestream performance and product positioning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience hosting live shopping streams, livestream sales events, or digital content focused on technology products.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery automation equipment and related product categories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and audience engagement skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and conversions through live commerce platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to live audience interactions.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Whatnot, or similar live commerce platforms is highly preferred.
