A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent at the Kosydar Agency:

No, prior experience in insurance or sales isn’t required. We provide all the training you need to excel.

No, our compensation plan includes a base salary of $36,000 +, along with an industry-leading commission structure that rewards performance.
7) How does the sign-on bonus work?
The sign-on bonus is available and split into two payments. The first $500 is achieved simply by showing up fully licensed on day one, and writing 15 items by the end of your first month. The second $500 is earned by writing 20 items your second month (a deal a day).

Requirements
- Valid license in property and casualty insurance; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards, HIPAA compliance for health-related policies, and benefits administration is preferred.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and customizing coverage solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer information efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
