Qualifications:
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Compensation:
Full Time Salary:
- Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
- Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
Hourly Fee for Service:
45/hour for MA Level
- $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
- $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
- $65-$70/hour for independent license
Incentive for on-site:
- 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
- 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
- 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
- 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
