Responsibilities: As a Client Care Provider your responsibilities will include providing exceptional client service; demonstrating responsive and pleasant telephone call handling; effectively scheduling appointments; keeping accurate medical records; clerical work; processing inpatients, outpatients and campers; financial recording, collecting and safeguarding; client education; promotion of hospital product and services and support of the hospital administrator and hospital team.
Requirements: This position requires practical knowledge of the hospital's procedures, policies and services, client and patient treatment protocols, word processing, computers and terminology used in the veterinary hospital.
