Position Profile: The Graphic Designer elevates visual storytelling by leading the creation of engaging digital and print collateral, guiding website development, and supporting dynamic marketing campaigns to preserve brand excellence and deliver top-tier design solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- In coordination with the Art Director, collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and design requirements.

Develop creative and original design concepts for various mediums, including digital and print materials.

Design visually engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and more.

Produce layouts and mock-ups that effectively convey the desired messages while maintaining brand consistency.

Create eye-catching illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to enhance content.

Select and manipulate images, graphics, and typography to create compelling compositions.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.

Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality output of print materials.

Maintain organized files and adhere to design standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/related field or equivalent experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating proven graphic design experience and passion for clean, brand-aligned design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong command of design principles (typography, layout, color theory).

Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to iterate based on feedback.

Familiarity with digital marketing trends and user-centered design.

Proficiency in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and web design/wireframing (Adobe XD, Figma).

Experience with WordPress/Elementor Pro, HTML/CSS for email templates, and custom illustration.

Familiarity with 3D design and animation (e.g., 3DS Max).
