Triumph Management Group is launching a 503A sterile compounding pharmacy focused on operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and long-term scalable growth.
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to serve as a foundational leader within the organization. This is a rare opportunity for a high-level pharmacist to help build a sterile compounding operation from the ground up while working directly with executive leadership on operational strategy, workflow architecture, and long-term expansion.
This is not a traditional “behind-the-counter” pharmacy role.
The individual selected for this position will play a major leadership role in:
- building pharmacy operations,
- establishing quality systems,
- developing SOPs,
- leading personnel,
- driving compliance,
- improving workflow,
- and helping shape the future direction of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities
Leadership
- Develop scalable workflows, staffing models, operational systems, and pharmacy performance initiatives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements
- Assist with workflow optimization, production scaling, and operational readiness planning
- Coach and develop technicians to maintain operational excellence
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor pharmacy personnel
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, professionalism, communication, and patient safety
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a Florida licensed 503A sterile compounding pharmacy
- Maintain compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations, and applicable federal requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, quality systems, documentation programs, and pharmacy procedures
- Lead inspection readiness activities and support regulatory audits and Board inspections
- Oversee environmental monitoring, personnel competency programs, aseptic training, and quality assurance initiatives
- Maintain complete and accurate pharmacy records and compliance documentation
Sterile Compounding Operations
- Oversee sterile compounding workflows and operational execution
- Review formulations, calculations, beyond-use dating determinations, batch records, and product documentation
- Ensure compliance with sterile processing standards and patient safety requirements
- Maintain inventory controls, cold-chain management procedures, and proper product handling protocols
- Support implementation of cleanroom workflows and operational scalability initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist license
- Eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) in Florida
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience
- Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience
- Strong working knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and sterile compounding standards
- Experience with quality systems, SOP development, and regulatory compliance
Preferred
- Previous PIC or pharmacy leadership experience
- Experience opening, scaling, or optimizing pharmacy operations
- Experience supporting Board of Pharmacy inspections, audits, or accreditation readiness
- Experience with workflow optimization and operational redesign
- Multi-state licensure experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy operational software and inventory management systems
Pay: $165,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
