The ideal candidate is personable, self-directed, reliable, highly organized, a great communicator, and has a willingness to expand their skill set. No experience necessary, we are happy to train the right personality. We are hiring for 4 days a week (no weekends) at a 4 9-hour schedule. We have a small team, so you will play an integral role in providing excellent service to our patients as one of their first points of contact with our practice. You will work directly with patients, running an assortment of tests, checking their vision, running scans on their eyes, and providing in-office treatments under supervision of the doctors. Benefits package includes PTO accrual, 401K matching after 1 year, health coverage, dental coverage, and vision coverage including a free pair of glasses after your first 6 months and every year after. You are also eligible for monthly bonuses after 90 days of employment, which can add $75-$300+ per month to your personal take-home, depending on how the entire team performs.
Job responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and beginning their exam
- Checking vision and eye functions
- Operating imaging machines, taking scans of both the front and back of patients eyes
- Training patients how to apply and remove contact lenses
- Performing certain treatments on patients
- Working in tandem with the doctor to ensure patients are well taken care of and have a great experience
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the medical field is ideal but not required
