Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly assistance and clear communication via multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette to foster guest satisfaction.
- Monitor visitor traffic, perform visual inspections of the premises, and respond promptly to any safety or emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports and incident logs to ensure smooth handovers between shifts and for management review and decision-making.
- Assist with reservations management using hospitality information systems, supporting booking adjustments and special requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar platforms.
- Strong background in customer service, with excellent problem-solving skills and client communication abilities.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and resort operations is advantageous.
