Responsibilities
- Carefully read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup.
- Install our proprietary systems.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address on-site challenges promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of installation procedures, materials used, and inspection results for quality assurance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently to create a secure working environment.
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within 4–6 hours on average.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in countertop installation, or handyman services, with the ability to use tools like saws, drills, grinders, hand tools, and measuring equipment accurately. Ability to use GPS and perform basic CRM administrative tasks using your phone.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision to deliver flawless installations and leave job sites cleaner than when you arrived.
- Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills to interact with homeowners and address their concerns.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically demanding work, including kneeling, squatting, bending, working under cabinets, lifting to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces.
- Problem-Solving: Creative thinking to handle unexpected challenges during installations.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and insurability.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in installation, carpentry, or hand man service is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical details clearly.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Ability to pass a background check.
