ReJuve Lounge is a modern IV wellness studio dedicated to helping clients feel their best through customized protocols using IV hydration, vitamin infusions, wellness injections, peptides, HRT, TRT, GLP-1s. Our mission is to provide a medical approach to this field in an elevated, relaxing experience that supports optimal health, recovery, and rejuvenation—inside and out. Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled, personable, and compassionate Individual who is a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) with strong IV placement skills to join our growing wellness team. In this role, you will administer IV therapies and injections while delivering an exceptional, elevated client experience and promoting whole-body wellness. You will also educate clients on our core service offerings—including peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy for women and men, medically supervised weight-loss programs (GLP-1), and longevity bloodwork—helping them understand the benefits and feel confident in their care. In addition, you will play a key role in growing our community by introducing clients to our membership program and supporting member retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IV insertions and administer IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and quick shots.
- Evaluate client health history, assess for contraindications, and assist in creating tailored treatment plans.
- Monitor clients during infusions to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy and our wellness services, including peptides, hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 weight-loss programs, and longevity bloodwork.
- Serve as the in-house expert on our treatments and offerings—building trust with clients and confidently guiding them toward the memberships and service packages best suited to their wellness goals.
- Drive membership enrollment and retention by translating clinical knowledge into clear, compelling recommendations during each client visit.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety procedures, and nursing best practices.
- Support front-of-house operations when needed, including answering client questions and scheduling follow-ups.
- Maintain professional licensure and participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IV insertion and venipuncture; ER, ICU, or outpatient wellness experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with wellness therapies such as IV nutrient infusions, peptides, hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 weight-loss programs, and longevity bloodwork—or a strong eagerness to master them.
- A genuine passion for wellness, longevity, and preventative care, and a personal investment in helping people feel and look their best.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a luxury, spa-like environment.
